PICK UP ARRANGEMENTS

YES ADMINISTRATOR PICKUP. ONE DESIGNATED ADMINISTRATOR WILL PICK UP ORDERS AND DISTRIBUTE THEM AS THEY CHOOSE. ADMIN IS ALSO RESPONSBILE FOR PICKUP AND DISTRIBUTING BACKORDERS.

This form must be completed, signed, and returned before we will begin creating your online store. Your store will be opened within two weeks of us receiving this completed form. Any alterations to this form or approved artworks after they are submitted may delay the opening of your online store. ALL TRANSACTIONS MADE ON YOUR ONLINE STORE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $5.00 HANDLING FEE CHARGED TO EACH INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER. This pertains to in‐house processing and sorting costs and third party fees. This fee is NOT related to shipping/home delivery costs.
